Do I need an appointment?

Yes, please book ahead so your lawyer can give you their full attention. For quick notary or commissioning services, call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in the same week.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. If your matter is urgent, such as a closing date this week or a court deadline, please call us directly.

Is what I share with you confidential?

Yes. Information you share with a lawyer about your legal matter is kept confidential. Please don’t send original documents by email; we’ll tell you the safest way to share them.

Can I meet virtually?

Yes. We offer secure video appointments for clients anywhere in Ontario, and many documents can be signed remotely.
